Hi I'm trying to establish good habits, simplify my stress, define my style, and get fit. Yes it's a tall order, but it's now or never. I will write about my process here. I will take many baby steps with much self reflexion. To be honest, I suffer from generalized anxiety. My anxiety takes too much of my time right now.
